This is a well laid out suite with one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven.Closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean and your own barBQ. Rental bike outlets nearby make it easy to get around and fun to see the sites. Easy access to UBC or down town. Everything else is a walk or bike ride away in the spring and summer months. In the winter months it is best to have a car to get around because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Guests have their own private entrance. The suite has wifi, several Oceanside bike and walking paths in front of the house. We will provide information to guests and be available to make their visit fun and enjoyable. Walk out of the door and enjoy a stroll or bike ride on Spanish Beach, one of the longest stretches of sand anywhere. The sailing club is only a short walk away and apps like Mobibikes.ca or Car2Go make it easy to get to many attractions car or bike. Public transportation is a short walk away, if you want to bike ride there are countless bike paths that will take you as far as Stanley Park Seawall and Granville Island! Ample easy parking.25 minutes to airport. 2 hours to Whistler. 45 minutes to BC Ferries. 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to UBC. Long walk or short drive to neighbourhood restaurants like Brown's, White Spot and various Italian , Greek and Japanese . Short walk to bike kayak, sailboat and Paddleboard rentals! This prime location is one of the best for site seeing and close to the beautiful UBC campus on the west side and Granville Island market and Stanley Park on the east side. In the winter months it is best to have a car because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Also, the suite is in the basement of our home with a ventilation system in the bedroom but no windows so it is very cozy and quiet.

This gem of a one-bedroom guest suite has been tastefully decorated with a turquoise and white palette, and boasts hardwood flooring throughout. The suite has its own private entry, free street parking, a lovely garden that you are welcome to enjoy, and lots of transit, shopping, and walking trails nearby. The kitchen/living and bedroom windows are large and south facing, so you get great light, even on overcast days. The suite is all yours, and the front yard is shared by myself and other guests. If you are staying for an extended time, please let me know when your garbage/recycling/compost or towels need a refresh. I live in another part of the house, so I am around, but I work a lot! Always reachable by messaging here and rarely more than an hour away. Please phone if there is an emergency. This one-bedroom suite is on the main floor of a 1930s home is in Kitsilano near Point Grey and Dunbar. It is within walking distance of many shops, parks, restaurants, and beaches. Bus transport just half a block away. The neighbours to the East (to the right when looking at the house from the street) will leave notes and/or try to have people towed.
