Open kitchen with cooking island and 2 bar stools open the view into the living-dining area, which is equipped with German designer furniture. The apartment is 70sqm in size and all utensils were bought in 2020, such as mattresses, furniture, crockery, cutlery ect, from spring 2021 the terrace is usable. The kitchen is high quality and new.

Our house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the lake and the city center. You can also take walks directly from our house to Pfänder. The apartment is lovingly renovated, has 50 sqm and a balcony with lake view. In the spacious living room you can also see the lake from the sofa. Especially popular are the beautiful sunsets. Bregenz is a perfect starting point for excursions, for example in the Bregenzerwald or around Lake Constance.
