Our home is in a suburb near Minneapolis. We are near trails and two lakes. This room has a day bed made up for sleep. It's great for solo travelers. A second guest can stay in this small room with a comfortable air bed for an added charge. This room is on the first floor off of the great room - our dining room and kitchen. 15 minutes by car from Minneapolis - best of both worlds: bucolic area and close to the city! We share breakfast. All vaccinated guests are welcome with vaccination card.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 540 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls.
