Welcome! Lovikka - the village world famous for Lovikka mittens, invented in 1892. You can visit the Guinness world record mitten, which is BIG. Located 140 km from Kiruna and north of the Arctic circle, you can experience midnight sun during summertime and, if you are lucky northern lihts during wintertime. The house lies about 150 m from the river. If you have a car you can drive over the day back and forth to places like Pajala, Kiruna, Gällivare, Jukkasjärvi Ice hotell and more.
