Forming part of an old chapel, dating back to 1853, our beautifully restored one-bedroom cottage sits in the traditional Pennine village of Midgley. Our location in Yorkshire offers many places to explore. From the canal and riverside walks to the picturesque Yorkshire towns and villages. Hebden Bridge, recently voted the best town in Britain for independent shops, is less than 3 miles away. Enjoy the traditional features of such an impressive old building with high ceilings and large windows giving views over the breath-taking countryside. Chapel Cottage boasts quality accommodation on all levels. The cottage is a home from home, presented with a traditional but clean and modern feel. Come through your own private entrance and step into the lounge area where you will find a stunning fireplace with log burning stove and comfy seating to enjoy the fire. We provide a welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk to get you started. Kitchen essentials are provided. If you have any dietary requirements, please notify us beforehand. The Bolt Hole @ The Cornmill Luddenden West Yorks
The Bolt Hole is a spacious, cosy home from home in the picturesque village of Luddenden, situated between Halifax and Hebden Bridge. This is an ideal stop for a short break or for a longer holiday. This property has secure off road parking for 2 cars - an advantage as parking in the village is very limited and often a problem. The Countryside is favoured by walkers (like us) and cyclists. We can recommend easy and more difficult walks from the property as well as those further afield.
