The Sanctuary is a large duplex unit in downtown Monroe. It includes living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It also includes fast wifi, television, desk with chair, central air, clock/alarm, full bookshelf, games, covered front patio with table and parking space directly behind the unit. One block from St. Mary's Park, three blocks from downtown, walking distance to IHM property. We live onsite in the adjoining unit, so just knock if you need anything! Sorry, no pets are allowed.
