The small single room is simple but clean. It is located directly on the beach of Playa de Mallorca in the district of S ´Arenal. From the window you have a side sea view. You can also use the terrace overlooking the bay of Palma. Ballerman 1 is about 1 minute walk, Mega Park is ewa 20 and beer king about 25 minutes. Bus stops, supermarkets, rental stations, and lots of bars and restaurants are very close. Also a rental for sports bikes.
