From Cassis you will start by exploring the Calanque of Port-Miou. Along 1400 m, it houses a marina and contains a rich heritage: former operating place of a limestone quarry, underground river... all of which will be brought to your attention. Always along the coast, you will continue to reach the Calanque of Port-Pin, marks the entrance to the Marseille territory! This winding calanque is home to a pretty pebble cove with turquoise waters... where you can, if you like, taste the freshness of its waters during a break. I provide you a game and riddles booklet from my creation that will allow us to move forward from stage to stage, such as a real Sherlock Holmes, and thus find out the hidden path we have to follow. Streets or alleys name, details on monuments or facades, objects of urban furniture, you have to walk with your eyes wide open to resolve the riddles. In short: we walk... we have fun... we discover. Le Panier neighbourhood, the "old Marseille", and its surroundings will be your playground during this activity. A walking distance of about 4.5 km, without much difficulty except some stairs, for a real travel through time to meet the heart of the Phocaean city. Je vous propose une séance de sport, session running ou circuit training plutôt orientée renforcement musculaire et cardio ou bien un mini parcours sportif (pas plus de 5 km) près de la mer. En fonction du thème de la séance, différents types d'exercices vous seront proposés : Pour le running : mobilité, gammes, fractionnés. Pour le crictuit training : travail avec différents équipements (TRX, Push Up, Haltères, Élastiques, Roulette Abdo...) On commencera par un échauffement pour se mettre en condition et on terminera par quelques étirements. Une enceinte apportera l'ambiance musicale afin de vous motiver encore plus ! Bonjour Je suis Captain John. Guide passionné spécialiste du Stand UP paddle et je vous emmène découvrir les calanques de cassis de la plus belle des manières. Après vous avoir appris toutes les techniques nécessaires sur du matériel professionnel je vous emmène pour une belle balade sur l'eau au départ de la calanque de Port miou. Nous naviguerons ensuite en direction de la calanque d'en vau en prenant le temps de faire des pauses baignade pour admirer la faune et la flore locale. Avec moi vous allez vivre une expérience unique. Non seulement parce que je connais le Parc parfaitement, mais également parce que vous allez apprendre à vraiment faire du paddle. Et "ça c'est bon" comme dit chez nous à Marseille Nous allons pratiquer dans un milieu naturel et le stand UP paddle étant sensible à la météo, la session pourrait être annulée si les conditions de pratique ne sont pas optimale.
