We are located in a quiet residential area in the city of Derry.Located a short drive from the city centre (public transport at end of road)you can visit the famous Derry walls, Peace bridge & take in the historical tours Derry has to offer. The city has a vibrant restaurant and bar scene. We are a very short drive to donegal where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Wild Atlantic Way. The apartment has excellent WIFI and is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops & chemist.

The Annex

The Annex is a warm, bright and modern 2 bedroom, self-contained apartment adjacent to our own home on a quiet street. Both bedrooms sleep 2 adults (one with a double bed, the other has a king-sized bed that can be split into 2 single beds) and are situated on the ground floor, with the living space upstairs. The kitchen space has direct access to a private terrace which then leads on to the extensive garden. Parking is available in front of the Annex, with additional parking across the street.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Very closely located to the infamous Peace Bridge which connects both the Waterside and Cityside of the City. 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed which would sleep an additional 2 people in the open plan living/kitchen area. Bath and shower available and a GF WC. Shop and kids park within a few minutes walk. City centre is 15 minute walk via Peace Bridge or 5 minute via car. Good public transport links.
