The apartment is freshly renovated and located in a very quite street. It is about 10 mins away from the citycenter (with the car). With the bus you will need about 25mins to the center. A private parking space is included, a supermarket can be reached in a 2 min walk. The apartment has space for 2 persons - a babybed can be provided. Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
