The Maud Cottage is a historic period home. Built in the 1870s the home is named after a Mr A. W. Maud who was the first occupant of the home. Its perched on the high side of a tree lined Bowden Street. Just a short walk from heart of Castlemaine's Cafe's, pubs, Theatre & galleries.
The old house has been recently renovated by owner Peter McManus. Peter has a business making furniture from recycled timber, thus the house is filled with bespoke timber delights.
