The spacious self contained living space can accommodate up to 4 people, has a fitted kitchen (with washer/dryer), bathroom (with bath & shower), wood burning stove and it's own outside patio seating area. A dedicated drying room is also available for guests to dry wet kit and outside storage is available to store equipment (bikes / kayaks etc).

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION A delightfull Apartment tucked into a quiet corner in a small village on Dartmoor's western fringe. Dousland lies just to the east of the larger centre of Yelverton where there is a selection of shops including a supermarket, butchers, doctor's surgery, post office, garage, hairdressers, pharmacy, public house and estate agent! Dousland borders open moorland with Burrator reservoir within a couple of miles.
