The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’. There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage. All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

There is an adjacent kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and washer and dryer. There is private parking on the premises. The refrigerator is stocked with beverages and snacks. Continental breakfast is available in the morning. (We don't provide linens for sleeping on the couch.)

Come and stay in our historical home build in 1918. We have a private entrance basement living space that is located close to USD, downtown, and the hospital. Our space includes: Kitchen: plates, bowls, glasses, general pot and pans, utensils, cooking utensils, coffee pot, fridge, freezer, range, oven, microwave. Bathroom: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Laundry room: washer and dryer We are a family of four with one dog. We live in the upstairs portion of the house.
