Our place is a warm, cosy and homely apartment which is great for families and kids. It offers a wonderful respite to let you recharge your batteries on your holidays. It's located in a calm & quiet area in the middle of Medulin, and is close to shops (250 m), restaurants and the sea (10' walking to the sandy beach) as well as beautiful promenade by the marina lined with shops and restaurants. There are other great entertainment options quite close including a family fun park and sports grounds.

This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic) of the family house and a circular staircase leads to it from the entrance hall. Distance from the sea is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 m (15 min on foot).The nearest restaurant is 50 metres away. Mini market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 metres, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.
