We will start early in the morning, we will look for them for the place where they are staying. We will visit three wineries in total in Luján de Cuyo. We chose the wineries carefully to provide the best experience, we try to escape the wineries with a lot of marketing to be able to offer the best private experience. We are looking for wineries with the best human quality and a wide variety of wines to offer with the best quality. Each winery is different from the other so they don't stop surprising everywhere. We will have a lunch that includes drink, entrance, main course and dessert, all paired with different wines. After that, we will return to our beloved city. I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. On the road, we can drink "mate with tortitas" (tipical infution and snaks from here), stop to take pictures, and I will tell you information about wine's history in Mendoza. We will visit three diferents wineries including degustation (some industrials, some familiars). We will also have lunch delicacies in a beautiful country restaurant in Mendoza that you will love. Esta es una experiencia BASE, a partir de ella podemos hacer muchísimas actividades mas. Comenzamos por ruta provincial 82 desde Mendoza hasta Cacheuta para visitar el puente colgante; de allí a pocos minutos y pasando por unos caracoles llegaremos al dique Potrerillos donde tendremos una vista excepcional del mismo con las montañas de fondo. Seguiremos por la ruta 7 hasta el Valle de Uspallata donde haremos una breve parada para seguir hasta Puente del Inca, de allí haremos una visita al Parque Provincial Aconcagua avistando el Coloso de América; podremos llegar al Cristo Redentor y luego volver a Uspallata para almorzar. Regresamos por Cruz de Paramillo, Minas de Paramillo y Abismo del Indio avistando guanacos, cóndores, zorros y choiques. "Sendero de la Virgen de Cacheuta" (Trekking + 3 rapeles + Aguas Termales ) Lo mejor, es acordar un punto de encuentro, podemos pasarlos a buscar si quieren. Comenzaremos viajando desde la Ciudad de Mendoza hacia sus montañas en el oeste, rumbo a "Cacheuta". Realizaremos el "trekking de la Virgen" de aproximadamente 2 hs y media . Este es un recorrido de montaña donde conoceremos la flora, historia y los paisajes de Cacheuta en el trascurso de nuestro recorrido. Haremos una parada en un mirador con un panorama maravilloso. En este lugar, hidrataremos, comeremos algo y disfrutaremos de la vista hacia el valle. Luego nos pondremos el equipo de seguridad para realizar 3 rapeles de distinta altura. Con rapeles de 13, 10 y 30 metros de altura descenderemos por un vertedero de agua. Alrededor de las 13 hs nos dirigiremos a la "Villa de Cacheuta", donde tendrán tiempo para pasear, y comer comidas típicas de este lugar si es que lo desean. Pero lo mejor de todo esto, es que podremos disfrutar de estar rodeado de naturaleza en las piletas del "Parque de Agua Termas de Cacheuta" aprovechando el relax que estas provocan. Esta actividad comienza en la mañana temprano, 8 de la mañana y termina a las 18 horas (cierre de piletas) o antes si así lo desean ustedes. Puedo pasarlos a buscar de cortesía, en el Hostel que se encuentren en el centro o cercanos al Gran Mendoza.

We'll start our experience with some cheese and wine. Then we'll continue with some local Argentinean food, we'll cook argentinean "milanesas". We'll also cook some mashed potatoes and we'll try canned tomatoes which I prepare myself. After that, we'll cook a classic argentinean dessert, homemade flan with "dulce de leche" and cream. At the end, we'll try some "mate" ( a typical argentinean drink) with some homemade "alfajores"

The Front Andes Range, called "Cordon del Plata", is located in a homonymous provincial park 100 km away from Mendoza City. I invite you to discover high mountain activities, we will make a hike according to your wishes, and I will show you our backyard of mountaineering in Mendoza. On our route, we will have amazing views of the Potrerillos Dam and of the main mountains in the range; some of them reach the 5970 meters of altitude (Cerro Plata). If we are lucky we will see some local fauna such as condors or guanacos. The difficulty of the ascent depends on how much you are willing to walk. Alternatively, in case you wish to enjoy the views, take pictures and avoid strenuous hikes, it will be up to you how far we get. Minimum 2 people for booking

Acompáñame en esta hermosa actividad! Te pasamos a buscar por tu hospedaje cerca de las 9 am, en camioneta 4x4, ahí empieza nuestra travesía hacia Vallecitos, al llegar haremos un breve trekking hacia las veguitas donde podrán tomar fotos y disfrutaremos de un tentempié. Regresamos a la camioneta y emprendemos viaje hacia el lago Potrerillos donde disfrutaremos de un rico almuerzo y muy buenos vinos. Regresamos en horas de la tarde. Siempre vas a estar acompañado por nosotros que al ser mendocinos te vamos a mostrar rincones que de otra manera no podrías conocer.

Trekking, montaña, vino, asado mendocino, mates, cultura e historia es el resumen perfecto de esta aventura. Por la mañana subiremos el cerro el Campanario (trekking) que es un lugar histórico en donde habitaron las comunidades indígenas y tiene una vista muy buena (1400 msnm). Luego iremos al puente colgante de Cacheuta y tomaremos el camino hacia el embalse Potrerillos que es uno de los lugares mas hermosos de Mendoza en donde podemos tomar un baño en el mismo, luego comeremos un asado hecho por nosotros acompañado de un buen vino mendocino.
