Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The appartment is on our property. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We will be happy to provide you with information about the area. The apparment is 48 square meters. It is in walking distance to the town of Arendal (3km) and 50meters to the seaside. There is a beach/recreationarea only a 5 minute walk from the appartment. There's a bus to town every 30 minutes and 700m to the nearest grocerystore.
