Ideally located for town, (1 mile from the city centre) county and coast. 4 miles from Goodwood, 7 miles from Bognor and the Witterings beaches. A modern single room with a tv and plenty of storage. A shared bathroom with a shower over. Included in the price is a 9-piece English breakfast (adjusted to your taste) available from 7.30-8.45 (see photos) as well as cereals, toast, fruit juice tea & coffee. 2 other double rooms are available, one with an en-suite, listed separately.

Double room in shared house with shared bathroom and kitchen for single occupancy. We are currently upgrading this house as it needs a new kitchen and we are fitting en-suites etc. We are open to booking this room but have automatic booking switched off so we can let you know what’s happening as obviously when the kitchen is changed we would not be able to have guests as there would be no kitchen to use work is ongoing so would not suit some one working at night.

The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving with the wonderful Gribble pub.
