Nice Duplex apartment, quiet, 5 min. from the Geneva/Valais/Yverdon motorway, 15 min. from Lausanne and Yverdon, and Lake Geneva. It is located on the edge of the forest which invites us for lovely walks, bike tours, etc. Our apartment is a 2 1/2 p. Duplex. Separate entrance, ground floor with open kitchen, living room with 140/200 sofa bed and 1 separate 90/200 bed, veranda, terrace, full-foot garden and swimming pool., Shower /toilet at s.s. 1 dog ok 1st floor, gr. bed 180/200, desk/ bathroom.

This trendy large room has plenty of charm. Shared entrance with the owners and their small dog but is well separated from the rest of the house. Wifi. Super market and shopping area 3 minutes away Mex is 12 kilometers from the center of Lausanne but very good restaurant right next door. Mex is a charming little village with very nice walks around the area. Highway entrance 5 minutes away Free parking space 20 meters away.
