The cottage with large, outwardly shielded garden is very quietly located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by greenery and only 400 m to the Schwielowsee. There are several swimming lakes nearby. Caputh and Ferch can be reached by car in 2 minutes, Potsdam in 20 minutes and Berlin in 50 minutes. Perfect for cycling and walking trips.
The cottage is good for couples and families with big and small children as well as small groups up to 6 people.
There are many playgrounds for kids.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with close proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot may be for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. Through a regional train connection in the village, you are from Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and a 1000 sqm garden to relax in. After a day of sightseeing, your children can play here to their heart's content.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.
