There is plenty of unrestricted parking available in our quiet leafy street, You can walk to Echo Point Park with it's sandy beach, marina and cafe and picturesque Harbourside bush walks. We are within walking distance of 2 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Platinum Fitness First Gym with an indoor pool. You will have your own private sunny outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. The brand new Caesarstone kitchenette has a convection microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Bookings of 7 nights or longer will have access to a Thermomix to whip up beautiful meals at the click of a button or 2. Free wifi is provided and air-conditioning. The eat in living area has a flat screen TV, and a bookshelf full of books and boardgames. There is a dining table and a separate desk for a work space. Modern bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed with posturepedic mattress, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, plenty of hanging space and a safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance, but we can do a load of washing for you for a small fee. Our space is suitable for travellers, country visitors and business people alike. We really want this to be your home away from home! This is a self contained private apartment with your own front door and entry via keypad code. We provide a welcome pack with transport details and local attractions and we are happy to give advice and point you in the right direction, according to how much time you have and what you want to see and do. Your apartment is located right next door to us, so if there is anything you need we are here for you, but we totally respect your privacy. This is a quiet, friendly suburb with easy access to public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The property is just 15 minutes from the CBD by express bus and minutes on foot from beautiful bush walks for some time away from the urban buzz. We are around the corner from the bus stop. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We are just 11 km from Sydney's CBD, 13 km to the Northern beaches of Sydney and 3.6km to Chatswood.
