My home is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat on a quiet residential street in Gorebridge, a town with good train and bus links to Edinburgh and the Borders. I also have on street parking. The bedroom has 2 single beds, table and chair suitable for laptop working and ample storage space. A kettle and tea/coffee are provided. The bathroom has a powerful shower. There is a large garden with eating area and summer house which guests are welcome to use. A keysafe entry system allows for easy access.

We offer a double , brand new bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. Roslin Chapel is just a 10 min.drive away, so are the Pentland Hills with unlimited walks and hiking opportunities. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both.
