The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was completely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in the kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m, the gas heating for the house is in the kitchen.
