This location is very quiet & secret place for vacation home. There is a small Tatami room like a tea celemony room that you can use as yoga, meditation etc. for your private time. However, no kitchen facility. We provide an electric pot,cups,small dishies, refrigerater,toaster, so you can bring some food etc. There is sea and forest view from the guest cottage. (back side is large tea plantation) Cottage is made in Japanese style with aromatic local cedar wood , open beams, and Shoji screens.

Options include rental cars and/or electric bikes. ホリデーハウス永田は屋久島の西部に位置し、海亀産卵日本一のいなか浜に近く、家からは前浜に歩いて行けます。ビーチから眺めるサンセットは美しく、横河渓谷や屋久島灯台、西武林道が近くにあります。登山口からは離れていますので、レンタカーを借りる事を強くお勧めします。縄文杉登山だけに来られる方は永田は遠いですので、地図を見てご検討下さい。2021年5月〜7月の海亀観察会はコロナの影響により中止となっています。夜8時以降は浜に降りられませんのでご注意ください。早朝5時に浜に行くと海亀と会える可能性があるのでお勧めです。
