This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp.
