The house is adorable! It’s warm and welcoming, with fun and tasteful interior design. Recently updated with great attention to it’s history and detail. It has new kitchen, baths, paint and wood floors. The living room has an open vaulted ceiling. It is a split level, with the master bedroom and bath up a few stairs, for extra privacy. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. There is a combination keypad on the door to make check-in easier and more flexible. It is not necessary for us to be there to let you in, but we live nearby and are happy to meet you at the house if you choose. We are available by phone or text anytime. The house is very close to downtown and the beach, an easy walk in either direction. The neighborhood is full of quaint historic buildings, shops, and restaurants. There is plenty of on street, also off-street parking for one car in the driveway. It’s easy to get anywhere on the peninsula quickly by car. Bikes are available to rent from Adventures by The Sea. They can be delivered to the house or picked up at nearby Lovers Point. Much of Pacific Grove is within walking distance... Including sweet neighborhoods, downtown, grocery store, great restaurants, a movie theater, beaches, parks.
