The carriage house, located behind our 1920s home in the lively Montrose area of Houston, is recent construction with an emphasis on luxury and practicality. We are near the Museum District, Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston, St. Thomas University and Rice University. The apartment has a private gated entrance (note: there are stairs) and dedicated washer/dryer in the garage below. We welcome all people, but because we have a large dog ourselves and beehives, we cannot accommodate pets.
