Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

(Unfortunately the trains are not available until January 2024 due to track replacements however there is a bus service every 10mins into the city) Very quiet and private. Comfy beds and spacious living with separate dining area. Full use of sheltered tropical garden. Children love it here.
