Cozy studio located as part of our home. This space is dedicated as a studio apartment and has its own separate entrance. There is plenty of parking available. We are on Old Hickory lake with fishing, boat ramps, bike trails, swimming within less then 5 min of our home. Located on a cul de sac, traffic is minimal. Downtown Nashville is about 25-30 minutes from our home. In between Hermitage & Mt. Juliet, conveniences are close at hand with nature around the corner to make an enjoyable stay.

"Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I have another tiny home for two on the same property, so you could rent both of them at the same time, if available. I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, and there is plenty of dining and shops within minutes. You won't be disappointed!
