One bedroom apartment perfect for couples or solo travelers that want to explore the city on foot. Located just 400 meters from the main tourist attraction (el Pilar) and right next to the river, the building has been recently renovated as well as the apartment itself trying to keep the features and spirit of more than 150 years of history. Some custom made pieces of furniture for the bedroom are still missing and the photos will be upgrade accordingly. The apartment is situated in an edifice that was re-build after the Napoleon wars over 200 years ago. In 1884 the owner asked permission from the Municipality to raise the roof and add small balconies to each of the units. The exposed wooden beams are mostly original from that period. Guests have full and exclusive access to all the apartment areas. There is no lift and you will need to climb to the first floor. Parking in the center can be difficult sometimes.

Nearby is the TRAIN/AVE/BUS station. If you use this transport, it will be very comfortable to move with your suitcases on your arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park at the Augusta-Norauto shopping center free 24h, 15´walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from the city center on foot, by bus or in the vicinity 12'. In front of the Palomar Castle park and near the linear park on the banks of the Ebro. The apartment, like the furniture, is newly renovated.
