A small nice house with approx. 70m2 of living space in a quiet location, on the Johannesweg, 4 km to the spa and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modern furnished and very cozy. Here you can relax, unwind or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Through our riding trail network of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always looking forward to hiking riders!

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets.
