The 55 m2 house, located on the hill, is in the Bay of Los Molinos sector, 25 minutes from Valdivia. In winter it is necessary to come with 4x4, if not possible, I raise them with their things upon arrival and in the same way when leaving. The guest leaves their car downstairs, after the electric gate of the lottery, there is no risk for their car. During your stay, the journey from the gate to the house must be done on foot. The house is 400 meters above the gate. In summer 4x4 is not required.
