Couples Welcome You will have your own Private fully furnished, air-conditioned and comfortable bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed, double chest of drawers, two bedside tables with ensuite and study. WiFi Internet is available. You will share the house with my husband and myself. Downstairs the house has a fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with dryer, dining area and living/lounge room. There is a back deck as well as back yard and a large area with entertainment furniture and BBQ. We also provide all toiletries and washing facilities. Guests have front door and rear door access to the house and can enjoy the comfort of the rear living room or have their own private living room downstairs. Street car parking is readily available We are happy to provide advice, we are friendly and interact with people of all levels. We all have our own busy lives but sure to have a chat and offer a word of advice or share a beer or wine at times. Willoughby is a leafy, friendly inner city neighbourhood on the more affluent side of Sydney's Lower North shore, It is close to transportation and shops. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within a 10-min walk from the house, 10 min drive from city. Getting around It's easy to get around the area with public transport not only to the city but to nearby Chatswood which has 2 large shopping centres with many restaurants, bars and clubs and theatres. It's a 5 minute bus trip or 20 minute walk.. Our local shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. They offer a range of some of the best restaurants and the coffee shops on the lower North Shore.. There is also a great walk around Middle Harbour Foreshore and our parks are within easy walking distance. With many frequent bus services around the corner gets you to the city in in 10 minutes (of course a little longer in peak travelling times) - also services direct to Bondi Junction and Balmoral Beach. A taxi to the city is about $35 dependant on traffic. We have a couple of push bikes if you are keen to cycle... There is a great bakery only 8 minutes walking distance, also many great cafes surround our area.
