The last of my once long-term rentals is now complete. All new flooring and updated bath have been completed. Along with new paint in the whole apartment, furnishings are also complete and staged. All of my seven places have a theme. Splashes of green will keep you on your toes. I will provide the basics you need for short stays, but longer you will need to have, ie, paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry det, etc. You only need food and your clothes.
