Natural Lipstick Making Workshop
Well, at Token studio, you can attend London’s very first lipstick making workshop, with edible, natural ingredients - you will never have to worry about what’s on your lips! How the course is run: During this workshop, you will be using completely natural ingredients, creating your very own lipsticks from scratch. Then Jing will also help you to explore and create your personal colour to match your skin. There will be a whole range of colours to choose from, including metallic, matte, and glitter. You will be guided through the different types of wax, introduced to all the equipment, melting the wax, selecting the colour, and moulding the lipstick. The lipsticks or lip balms that you create will also be perfect for moisturising your lips to protect you from those upcoming cold winter days. This workshop can roughly last between 60 minutes to 90 minutes. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the workshop is scheduled to start at its scheduled time. Any lateness by 5 minutes will result in rescheduling by the studio with a cost of £10 per person. Lateness can be highly disruptive to other people attending the class as well as the studio. Discover London's Canals by Kayak
When you arrive at The Pirate Castle, you'll meet your instructor guide and be given a buoyancy aid to put on. We'll then give a short safety talk and show you the basics on how to use your paddle and control your kayak. You'll get into your boat (we'll help if you're wobbly!) and once everyone in the group's on the water we'll practise some basic paddle strokes before heading off on a gentle tour that weaves along the prettiest stretch of the Regent's Canal towards London Zoo, then back to Camden's famous lock and The Pirate Castle. This experience is 1.5 hours long (including kitting up/briefings). All tours depart from/return to The Pirate Castle. The pace and distance travelled will vary for each tour as your instructor guide needs to keep all members of the group together for safety. Novices and more experienced paddlers welcome! Our kayaks are suitable for weights up to 110Kg. Canoes are available for paddlers up to 300Kg or two people wishing to paddle together. Please wear something comfy for kayaking that you don't mind getting splashed. You must also need wear suitable footwear (old trainers or securely fitting sandals). NO SWIMWEAR, FLIP-FLOPS or CROCS! Kayaking is a watersport, so we'll go ahead even if it's raining. We only cancel tours in the event of thunder and lightning due to potential risks, in which case we'll discuss available options.

As well as a number of other mouth watering flavours, such as a confit Laksa butter wing, taking your tastebuds on a wing themed journey from Buffalo, NY through to Seoul, South Korea. Hungry yet? Let me show you the best wings in town.
The art of Indian homecooking
Don’t let COVID-19 stop you from travelling to India. Find it right here in my little home in London. So far, I have hosted over 500 guests from all around the world (over 25 countries). I have celebrated birthdays with them, shared beautiful conversations and unforgettable moments with them. It will be a small group, so we will all do the cooking together, like a bunch of friends in an Indian kitchen! INTRODUCTION TO SPICES We will learn about ‘Garam Masala’. And no, it’s not just “curry powder”. It’s the basis of understanding individual spices. I will teach you how to blend them to *your* taste. We will create a blend together! INTRODUCTION TO CURRY A basic (yet full of flavour) curry lesson, and here I will teach you how this basic recipe can turn from a healthy weekday meal into a weekend feast. MAGIC OF THE INDIAN KITCHEN We will learn about making homemade things like yoghurt, or paneer, or ghee (it’s much better/cheaper than buying it off the shelf AND IT IS MAGIC). I will also show you a magic trick of how to make amazing rice. THE FEAST We will feast on what we cook! YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A HANDOUT OF THE DAY’S LESSONS. No time for note-taking, as you’ll be busy cooking, tasting, eating and talking! Remember, this is all about learning that we Indians do eat Indian food regularly, so it’s obviously not as complicated as you think it is.

Guided running tour - Royal Parks & Westminster
Start your day in London in a healthy and active way with a guided running tour around some of the city's must-see sights and most beautiful parks. On our morning run together, we'll visit numerous attractions early before the crowds arrive (getting some great photos), including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. We'll then enjoy time running through four of London's Royal Parks (Green Park, St James's Park, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens), admiring tree-lined paths, gardens and lakes, as well as more architecture and monuments including Kensington Palace, Wellington Arch and Royal Albert Hall. In less than 2 hours, you'll see more of London on our run than many visitors see in a whole day! Leave the navigation to me as I'll take you on my favourite running route, provide you with brief commentary on the way and stop for some great photo opportunities. We'll start in Green Park, just outside the underground rail station (accessible by the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines, as well as several bus routes), and finish at a cafe on the lake in Hyde Park. The running route will cover about 10kms/6 miles; with breaks, this will take about 90 minutes on average, varying a little depending on length of photo stops and guests' running pace. Tea/coffee and a chat together afterwards is optional, I'll buy the drinks!
