This house is pet friendly and fence in area. You are 30 ft off the water. Great view of the water and your dock and a screen in porch with a grill. You will have a hard time finding another place so close to the water. Invite more people and checkout 430 loop circle for over flow. Bar, restaurant tennis courts basketball and a pool. Driveway is gravel and downhill so golf cart is here to assist if you don’t want to drive down. Ask about fishing trips. Kayaks to use as well
