The downstairs contains a bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave as well as oven and stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more sleeping places. From the kitchen there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
