Byt se nachází pouhých 20 minut chůzi od centra města a 15 minut od výstaviště Flóra, kde se konají různé akce. Autobusová zastávka je 1-2 minuty od domu a má přímé spojení do města i na vlakové nádraží. Hned naproti domu se nachází potraviny a hospůdka. Byt disponuje ložnicí s manželskou postelí a obývacím pokojem s obrovskou sedačkou, kde se vyspí i 4 osoby. Kuchyň je plně vybavená všemi spotřebiči. K dispozici je balkón s vyhledem na Svatý Kopeček. Klidná lokalita na práci i pro rodinu.

Not far from the Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Free parking in front of the house (already behind the paid zone). Free internet - wifi. The disadvantage is 5 floor without elevator :-) .. At present, the building is undergoing insulation and a new façade.
