Our place is 5 minutes drive to the city centre and all it has to offer. You’ll love our place because of the solar passive design, open plan, comfy beds, stylish decor, modern kitchen and spacious bathroom (with bath). Our place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and medium sized groups (up to six people). We provide hand soap for your convenience but guests need to bring their own toiletries. The house has three bedrooms with a king bed in the main bedroom and 4 large single beds in the remaining two bedrooms. Please note Parker Eco House is not suitable for children under 5 years. If you wish to entertain friends and family who are not part of your booking there are many great restaurants and free BBQ's in Albany. If your guest count is more than your booking you will be required to pay the extra guest charge.
