Oregon is a short drive to Madison, Wisconsin’s capital city. Oregon has a budding downtown business district 2 blocks away. Our lower level private apartment is great for couples, friends, families, and business or healthcare travelers. We created the apartment when we built a new addition onto our home in 2014. The apartment has a separate secure private exterior entrance and secure private interior entrance. There is a Ring camera that overlooks the parking area.

This was once a chicken coop for prize-winning exhibition poultry and is now a mostly quiet retreat for humans needing to unplug from the pressures of reality. It is still surrounded by an active chicken yard, home to 2 Dwarf Nigerian nanny goats and around 10 laying hens. This has a little of everything you need to sit back, relax and watch the sun set while surrounded by a bucolic, small farm.
