Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. Newly renovated, 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Small holiday home close to both the harbour with restaurants (1 km) and swimming (500 m to Sunnanöviken). The cottage: 35sqm with sleeping loft 14 sqm (not-not standing height on the loft). One bedroom with double bed (140x200) and two single beds on the loft. The ceiling ladder is a simple wooden ladder (see picture) and thus nothing to recommend for small children. Kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is fully equipped minus dishwasher. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Wifi is missing but mobile broadband works well. Air heat pump with AC is available.

The cottage has two bedrooms, a shared living and dining room with fireplace, a smaller kitchen with equipment, and a smaller room with a washbasin. Outdoor shower is on the terrace at the back and dry toilet is in the building next door. Water from your own well. Large lawn with room for activities and play.
