3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3 level condo. The upstairs has the available bedroom and full bathroom. Middle level has kitchen, laundry, family room and half bath. Basement has my bedroom and bathroom. I’ve updated the basement and middle level, but haven’t got to the upstairs yet. So your room and bedroom is still 80s original and nothing special, but I can guarantee it’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. Inside Jefferson City limits and close to everything.
