My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Apartment 51 sqm (bedroom and sofa bed), huge balcony , endless view to the port of Portogelio. In the center of the fun ( restaurants, cafes, bars),near a market, taxi, supermarket, flying dolphins. The public parking lot is 50 meters away. From the apartment, there is the possibility of a walk along the harbor, as well as a walk around the village, in the picturesque port of Baltiza.
