Welcome to my studio penthouse. 450 sq ft studio located at La Vista Azul Resort (seventy five feet above sea level) on the third floor with stunning ocean views. You have access to outdoor pools with a hot tub, gym and spacious parking space. There is an elevator to the studio. Unit comes with king bed, large bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, washer and dryer and dinning table with chairs, TV and large closet. This unit has no balcony only large windows with ocean views. It has no dishwasher.

Apartment is close to the main attractions, bars, groceries, restaurants and about 2 minutes walking distance to the nicest beach in the world Grace Bay beach. No car needed. Place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Apartment is a open concept only door for the bathroom.
