20 minutes from San Sebastian, in Pasai Donibane (Pasajes San Juan) we have renovated the last floor of the old family house of the eighteenth century in which we have lived 3 generations. The goal was to get a small open-plan apartment under a deck with a useful free height of 1.80 meters in the walkway area, which had the maximum useful surface area and natural light possible, highlighting the wooden structure that supports the sloping deck.
