A comfortable, modern holiday house with mountain views in a quiet cul-de-sac on the peninsula, between South Bay and the town side. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the town side, & yet only a short drive to anywhere in Kaikoura. We have most conveniences, a great kitchen, comfy beds & furniture, free WIFI, a deck & plenty of off-street parking. This is a large house, and you will be renting the front half. The units connect via a shared laundry. *The house is new & we are still applying the finishing touches. Main thing that's incomplete is the landscaping.
