This home is close to so much. It's 1.2 miles away from Charles Mears State Park and beach. You'll be even closer to downtown Pentwater where you can enjoy eating out and shopping. Silver Lake is only 13.6 miles away & Ludington is 15.1 miles away. The best part about Ada's Place is the large back deck which is perfect for entertaining. Also, located in the backyard is a fire pit and 6 person hot tub. The hot tub is not a guaranteed amenity due to unforeseen issues that may arise.

Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

All basic amenities are provided but this is a no frills cottage. Very neat and clean.
