The holiday home is located next to the gardens of "de Laie Tuinman". The large terrace on the south gives privacy and living space with stunning views over the gardens to the fields where barley is grown this year. On the east side are the woods with heathlands and vegetation. Cycling routes are next to the holiday home and connect you with all of Drenthe and Overijssel. As a guest, you'll have free access to the visitor gardens all day and night. The garden café with terrace is open daily from 10.00 -17.00

Verblijven in een kunsthuis. Op een mooie plek van een kleinschalige natuurpark staat dit huis. In 2009 beloond met een dutch design award. Het is een ontwerp waar je geen 2de van zal vinden. De plek is heel inspirerend en het ontwerp is fantastisch. Het begint al bij het aankomen. Het ontwerp valt niet op in het groen, door de luiken te openen ga je je eigen onderkomen creëren . Omdat de Merry een open karakter heeft, je loopt als het ware om het interieur met haar verschillende ruimte's heen.
