Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor which means there are 1 times 5 levels and 3 times 15 levels to cope with. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Non-smoking apartment !!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house, in which you can also sit comfortably. If anyone wants to include or charge a bike, motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with electricity. Unfortunately, I only speak German .
