Few stairs take you down to the port, where the pedestrian promenade with bars, restaurants and shops starts. 3 beaches are on walking distance. This comfortable flat is situated in a quiet residential area, yet only 5 to 10 min walk from two different sandy beaches and all the amenities of Puerto de Mazarron, including its beautiful promenade and marina, restaurants and cafes. The flat is in a nice building with communal terraces and a lift. There is a parking space in the ground floor garage. The flat is next to the hill with the lighthouse and the statue of Jesus, perfect for walks and enjoying the views of the town and the sea.
