Few stairs take you down to the port, where the pedestrian promenade with bars, restaurants and shops starts. 3 beaches are on walking distance. This comfortable flat is situated in a quiet residential area, yet only 5 to 10 min walk from two different sandy beaches and all the amenities of Puerto de Mazarron, including its beautiful promenade and marina, restaurants and cafes. The flat is in a nice building with communal terraces and a lift. There is a parking space in the ground floor garage.
